Keyword substitution of repository revision number

Is there any way to use keyword substitution to provide a repository revision number instead of
the 'last changed' revision number provided by $Rev$ ? I would like to have the repository
revision number plopped into our manifest files so that jars are aware of what revision they were
built from.

Maybe I can hack something together with Subversion hook-scripts?
