PuskOk SVN SCC Plugin

Thank goodness for this little tool. However, I have lost a lot of
(valuable) hair trying to work out why it won't work on some machines.

It is because SVN windows executable (that the plugin uses) requires the
following DLL to be present: msvcr70.dll

I'm just putting this email here in case anyone comes across the same
problem. Gawd - this computer lark is a love/hate thing.
