"Users" archive has no july 2004 mails?

the "Users" archive at
http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/SummarizeList?listName=users has no
july 2004 mails.

(sorry if there's a recent post on this... but for obvious reasons... I
can't check the archive). The archive's search functionality is also very
minimal - it is really important to be able to sort the results by date, and
to be able to search within results or be able to control boolean logic of
the search (not obvious what the search logic is).

(not sure where the right place to make these comments is - maybe there's a
tigris-level of discussion for this?)
