Did you try it yet? One way you could do it would be to go to the
http://subversion.tigris.org/project_packages.html and follow the link to
my server and download at least the apr, apr-util, neon and subversion
packages.

That should get you started. "Easy"? I just "rpm -Uvh *.rpm" those files
and I'm ready to go.
