hot-backup.py not working

Hi,

This issue was discussed on this list some time ago, but it did not come
to a solution (at least I did not found any in the list archive).

I have this problem, while running:

- SVN version 1.0.5 using the latest hot-backup.py
- Windows NT or XP (makes no difference)
- Python 2.3.3

C:\x\svn_test>hot-backup.py test backup
Beginning hot backup of 'test'.
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "hot-backup.py", line 97, in ?
    youngest = string.strip(stdout_lines[0])
IndexError: list index out of range

Any idea what is going wrong?
