RE: SVN server on Solaris?

We've been running a subversion server under Solaris 9 for almost a year
now, running under Apache (not svnserve). It works great, though it has been
tricky to build from source. Once it's built, it's rock solid (as long as
you don't run "svnadmin dump" as the wrong user, which mucks the
permissions).

Fortunately, there is now a pre-packaged binary available at
www.sunfreeware.com for Solaris. Use "pkgadd" to install. We haven't tried
it, but sunfreeware has been 100% reliable in my experience.

Good luck.
