Well, as far as I can tell, it's not actually spam, although the sending
system is a known spam source. See

Judging from the header and guessing from the content (I cannot read
that language) it's a bounce.

Yes, I am, for every post to the lists. I have sent a notification to
the list owner yesterday.

It *may* have been a spam harvester address that was closed due to TOS
violation.
