Bug in online PDF version of the book

In the PDF version of the book, whenever double quotes are used "for
emphasis" (rather than an actual quotation), and the quoted word or
phrase breaks across a line, only the portion of the phrase on the
second line is quoted, rather than the whole thing.

For example, on page 16 (PDF page 33), in Chapter 2, under the
"Revisions" section:

   ...tree hanging below it, and each tree is a snap-
   "shot" of the way the repository looked...

Only "shot" is quoted, instead of the whole word. Yeah, sorta pedantic,
but I noticed it in several places.

BTW, congrats on getting it published!
