Error after subversion upgrade

After a recent upgrade of subversion from .37 (I believe) to 1.0.5, I cannot commit back to the repository. I can checkout and update, but not commit. It errors out with the following error:

svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: applying log message to //!svn/wbl/a6225a8f-75dd-0310-8136-43b18b694bfb/1658: 404 Not Found (http://www.ourserver.com:8080)
Exit 1

Initially, I thought it was perhaps my client which was not compatible with the upgraded subversion. So I upgraded it but am receiving the same error. I also tried using the subversion command line tool. Again, I could checkout and update, but not commit.

Is there a naming or indexing schema difference between the versions? Has anyone else experienced this? Does anybody know a fix?

Thanks in advance,

Nicole
