tortoise svn

Hi all,

I created a working copy (c:\prj) and when i try commit with tortoise appears the following error:

commit failed:
Unable to open an ra_local session to URL
Unable to open repository 'file:///programs/subversion/repos'

When i commit in command line (svn) these error not occurs.
