Seriously! There is no FAQ!!

In an attempt to avoid putting out a obviously newbie question I asked
the mailing list for the FAQ for this list and got this response:

What's up?
- There really, really isn't one. (No one has compiled one yet)
- The mailing program is in error. (One does exist but the list hasn't
been configured to return it properly)
- Subversion is so *new*. (Every question is a new question. No one is
sick of the repeats yet)
- Quit your *itching. (Here it is. http://www.shutup.com)

If anyone knows the answer I'd appreciate a response.

I'll hold off for 24 hours before I send anything 'tarded' into the
list.
