First of all, thanks for the help =)

Ok, i'll name them G and D (windows stuff, ya know) where D is the place
i want the repository to be, and G is the other partition where it wont
work, both are in the same disk. No partition (at all!) is compressed or
encrypted. All of these are local disks.

D (NTFS): size: 6.38Gb, 147Mb used
cluster size: 4kb
MFT: 631kb, 85% used

G (FAT32): size: 1.48Gb, 598Mb used
cluster size: 4kb

for reference, the disk i'm using now to hold the repository (where it
works):
C (NTFS): size: 9,99Gb, 8,79Gb used
cluster size: 4Kb
MFT: 107Mb, 96% used

is that what you asked for? i'm not so sure.
