svn list REPO_URI
svn log c:/subversionwork/svnwork/test2/

the committed stuff? Don't expect the files to show up anywhere else in the
filesystem. They're stored inside a database. You need a svn client to access it.

By the way - I consider your term 'meta data' misleading - as first of all the
file content is stored there.
