You have to check it out from it's repository. It's own project page and Wiki are quite difficult
to navigate! The home page http://www.webdav.org/wiki/projects/HomePage leads you to the
repository. You need to svn co http://svn.webdav.org/repos/projects/subwiki/trunk/
