PROPFIND request failed on '/ebase'

Greetings !!!!
 
I want to make checkout but the I get a message 'PROPFIND request failed on '/ebase''.
 
My repository is public on a Internet server and I canīt access it from outside my net. But inside my net, I can do.
I donīt know what happen ??
 
I have subversion 1.0.4, Apache 2.0.48 and my cllient on Windows XP with service pack 1A, and my server on Win 2000 professional with service pack 4.
 
What can I do ?
