Kevin,
These are some excellent points that you have made. I was actually
considering some additional forums along the lines of what you
mentioned. Here is the new setup:

Subversion Forums
- General Subversion Discussion
- Setup and Troubleshooting - Linux, Unix and *nix
- Setup and Troubleshooting - Windows
- Server Administration - Apache
- Server Administration - svnserve
- Repository Organization
- Scripts/Contributions
- Real World Subversion
- Interoperability

Community Forums
- General Discussion
- Version Control
- Side Feedback

Again, any comments are welcome! I am hoping to be able to open up the
site in the next couple of days.
