  Hello !

  I have a problem with my subversion working copy since I added a directory
with accentuated characters :

$ svn commit -m ""
svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: Can't recode string

  I've search the archives and the web. All I can find is that $LAND and
$LC_CTYPE should be set to something reasonnable. I have them both set to
"fr_CH" from the begining.

  I guess I dont fully understand the issue around the locale setting ...
Could someone point me to the right infromation ?

  Thank you !
