nope, i wouldn't say so, like i stated in my other answer i tried it
from several different clients (in different locations), and the apache
works normal in delivering http, without timeouts. (i know that, i have
several administrative php-scripts that run quite a long time - one
minute or longer... no, not regularly ;-) )
