how can we get list of all tags for a file

Hi all,
I would like to know what command can be used to find a list of all the
tags that have been created for a file.
To elaborate, what I want is the ability to find what all tags and what
versions of a particular file were tagged. Previously in CVS I could
just have run the command cvs log and the "symbolic names section" would
have given me details of what branch/ tag was created from what revision
of this file.
Can I do something similar in SVN?

I am using the standard suggested dir structure where I have three top
level folders i.e. project_name/trunck, project_name/tags and
project_name/branches.

Similarly seems like the equivalent of the cvs graph feature is missing
in subversion. Are there any thoughts on including that as a standard
feature or are some particular client tools implementing this?

Regards

Aditya Gandhi
