a few problems with vss2svn

One thing up front: I think the problem might be related to me using a german
version of ss.exe, which then emits german comments. However...

First problem:
When converting a project(from a real repository), it gives me a list of users
that touched the database. However, that list is empty, it just gives me

  vss_migration:

  PRESS ENTER TO CONTINUE (...)

Second problem:
Using an (almost empty test-) database and trying to convert that, it dies in
the first subfolder and I get the attached logfile.

I'd be willing to hack the script a bit, but I'm not even a novice Perl
programmer and would probably need a bit of assintance. Provided that I can't
find an english ss.exe first ....
