Googling "subversion hosting" turns up http://opensvn.csie.org/ , as
well as the "Subversion Propaganda" page at
http://subversion.tigris.org/propaganda.html which lists
http://www.berlios.de/ as well. (The latter is also referenced at
"Comparison of Free/Open Source Project Hosting (FOSPHost) Sites" at
http://www.ibiblio.org/fosphost/exhost.htm).

Be aware, that SVN hosting at BerliOS has some issues with ViewCVS. In
many cases these issues result in frequent repository corruption. See
BerliOS bug tracking facility, specially entry http://developer.berlios.de/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=1884&group_id=1 and http://developer.berlios.de/bugs/?func=detailbug&bug_id=1772&group_id=1 -- this is why I didn't move my project's repository to BerliOS.
