Repository Administration

Hi all,

We have Subversion running on a Debian Linux system with Apache2. For some
reason we think it is neccessary to:

1) See who is currently working on the repository (who is logged in)
2) Inform these people that the server will be going down for some reason.
3) Lock the whole repository - i.e. for backup.

Does anybody know how to do this.
