svn: No transaction named '3k'...

Hi,

Long time listener, first time caller, love the show. My question is
regarding an error message that popped up earlier today when I tried
doing a checkin:

svn: No transaction named '3k' in filesystem '/Users/svn/db'

After some googling, I found a fix for it (dump+load), but I'm
wondering if anyone knows what caused it? I'm running OS X, version
10.3.3; svn version info is below. It case it matters, I'm using
journaled HFS+, and it's a fairly large svn repository (1.3GB).

Thanks,

-Dave
