No. Apple removed the JDK headers in Panther. You need to install the
Java142Developer package from ADC to get the JNI headers.

With the exception of a problem with jikes (which we're discussing now: use
--disable-jikes for now), you'll find the trunk of Subversion builds
cleaner with JavaHL on Mac OS X. -- justin
