Re: apr updates within subversion

apparently there are a few fixes already in APR_0_9_BRANCH which are not
in subversion, so they must have fetched before httpd 2.0.49 was
tagged....

This is what I was told from a fellow I am working with in porting svn
apache modules to netware.

Our general rule has always been: the svn release tarball ships with
the same apr included in the latest released apache tarball.
