svn-win32: pb with file encoding

Hello,

I just start using svn for win32 (in command line mode), and it seems that I have problems with filenames in French language (eg: élève.txt).
When doing import or status svn (version 1.0.1-2) complains about non UTF-8 filenames (I suspect Windows local encoding is not converted into utf-8 before calling svn routines in Win32 client).
With 'svn list', it even stop processing the command.

Has anybody some information or pointer about this ?

Stéphane.
