I'll second that. I would actually consider it a mis-feature. The
present situation makes it easy for me to independently control the
visibility and permissions of repositories, and how they appear in the
URL space of my server. Making a list of repositories is trivial, and
unrelated to what subversion does. If you did add special processing to
SvnParentPath to do this, you'd have to also have additional directives
to provide control over that special behavior; all to avoid writing an
HTML list.
