Apache SVN WebDAV Issues

From: Steve <subversion_at_digitalnothing.com>

Is there an option I need to set to get the SVN WebDAV interface to display
repo items in alphabetical order? It does a good job of separating
directories and files, and the files pretty much always seem to be in order.
Occasionally, however, the directories list in the order that they were
added to the repo. I'm not sure when this happens, but I think it occurs if
some or all of the directories have sub-directories.

Also, I have some files that have the # character in them, and when browsed
through Apache it renders the # as %23 which is of course the correct
escape. Maybe the WebDAV component should then unescape the %23 when it
displays the text on the page?
