It's there, just not in big, 16 point type. There's detail on the client
connecting to multiple repositories, and having different servers
connecting to the same repository.

By definition, a subversion 'server' must do this. The client accesses
a repository via URL, and the URL can potentially point to any
repository. It's up to the server to look at the URL and understand
which repository the client is trying to reach.

Chapter 6 documents svnserve in great detail. It can be run in many
different ways. What's unclear in those docs?
