Checking out a fresh WC and committing the file worked fine. I also ran
svnadmin verity and it reported no errors with the repository. I ran
"svn resolved" on the WC and my commit errors are still present. So the
problem seems to be with the WC, any thing to I do check/fix it ( also,
I've not being messing with the files in .svn/ ).
