Oops. I misread your original message, and skipped the IIS part - I thought you were just stating Apache was exotic and were asking whether it really worked.

So to answer your original question, no it doesn't run under IIS.

However, Apache on Win32 runs fine (see http://www.apache.org/ for Win32 binary builds)

And Subversion on Win32 under Apache (or even standalone with svnserve) runs fine (see http://subversion.tigris.org/)
