That's a problem, which I believe others have said means that the
servicing Apache daemon has probably died. Your Apache error log re:
the failed interaction and Apache configuration of Subversion are
probably relevant details that need to be shared to help a diagnosis
(though perhaps other people could guess based on what you've already
shared and what they already know).
