Nonsense. You're just being exposed to our custom issuezilla for the
first time. The symptoms are temporary and will pass. :-)

First create yourself an account on tigris.org. Then log in to the
site, and request an "observer" role on the Subversion project, and
we'll approve it. Then you can annotate issues all you like.
