webdav with ACL

I managed to set ACL permission's for apache to have access(group
rwx))to my repository.

Checking out the code it is problem, but committing fails.
svn: CHECKOUT of /svn/pbAnalyzer/!svn/ver/82/branches: authorization
failed

I looked at the apache logs, and found this:
Access denied: 'tomek' CHECKOUT pbAnalyzer:/branches

This is a little vague to mean, on whats being denied. Is their
somewhere else I should look to get a more detailed analysis of the
problem.
