Hi there!

At our department, we are going to set up new web servers.

Firstly, our users will be using WebDAV to update and access the files
stored on those machines. As Konqueror and IE support this directly
there's no problem.

Secondly, we want to automatically store the updated files into a
subversion repository. And that seems to be quite a problem.

As far as I know, WebDAV needs a provider that accepts the commands sent
by the client. Thus, we would need a provider that acesses the local
disk to store the files on the filesystem of the web server.
Additionally, this module has to talk to the subversion server to commit
the changed files into the SVN repository.

Is there already a WebDAV module available for subversion that supports
our demands? Can you advise any other solution?

Regards
        -michael
