Subversion to CVS Read only conversion

Dears,

  Is there work around tool to convert Subversion back CVS?
  Searching on mail list and google, svn2cvs.pl , svn2cvs.pl (1.15), and svn_cvsinject
  are tested on Subversion 1.0.1 repository with no branches.
  All three programs cannot sucessfully do the conversion.

  My goal is to convert every CVS user to Subversion user. However,
  there are some power user tend to use the graphic CVS GUI tool. If a
  read-only CVS translation exists well, Subversion world comes.
