Hi Marcus,

thanks, great idea ,-) I converted it too and saw that the MSVC left one
line with LF instead of CRLF. This disappeared after normalising it on
Unix. Normally the MSVC complains if he finds such a file but we all know
once more now that it's better not to trust the behaviour of products from
Redmond <gg>
