What do you mean by a PHP implementation supporting mod_authz_svn?

The SVN modules for Apache communicate directly to Apache - there's no need for any scripting language such as PHP (or Perl, Python, ...) to hook things up - you don't need mod_php or anything like that?

Why are you asking about PHP?
