Curiously, all them have a thing in common: poor Windows support.

I've been said there's a tla port for Windows, but unsupported and
unofficial.

svk needs the Subversion Perl bindings, which are (at the moment) a
no-no.

And Monotone doesn't even mention Windows in the FAQ, NEWS or homepage
so I'm (perhaps wrongly) assuming it isn't supported right now.

So check one (more) down for Subversion...
