I'd like to mention here that some antivirus software
and some backup tools on Win32 might open the files using an
'exclusive read', which can prevent svn from acessing
one or more files for a few seconds, leading to unpredictible
results. it's best to exclude the db folders from certain
antivirus software and to ensure that backup software always
accesses it in a non-exclusive read mode or excludes the
folders.
