unwanted folder switch

Hi all,

i have the following folder structure in my project

    project/
       WEB-INF/
           src/
           classes/

if i "import -> checkout -> commit some changes" the classes folder always
switch to the src folder as far as i see, since in the classes folder i
don't expect to see some *.java files. And the classes folder is marked as
switched.

As you can imagine i get some troubles with that.

I don't know how to avoid the folder from being switched.
