Like I said, you have to create the repository layout in the filesystem
before you import it into your repository. 'svn import' copies all
files in the given path into the repository at the given URL. If the
given URL is the repository root, 'svn import' copies the layout into
the repository root. For example:

mkdir layout
cd layout
mkdir trunk
cd ..
svn import layout file:///E:/ApacheGroup/Apache2/htdocs/svn/repos

The repository root should now contain a single directory called
'trunk'. Note that import does not create directory 'layout', but the
files and directory tree within 'layout'.

This is what I get when I do the following;

Go to SVN/repos through command prompt

svn import trunk file:///E:/ApacheGroup/Apache2/htdocs/svn/repos
--message "Initial repository layout"
svn: 'trunk' dose not exist

*sigh*

Well I suck..

....so in other words it thinks.... I am trying to import data into the
'trunk/ directory......... .......though all I want to do is make a
trunk directory/layout..

.. thank you for your help.. almost there .. just not sure how close
