Upgrade from 0.33 to 1.0.1 - working copies?

We're moving our subversion repository and server onto a new Sun box, but
we're right in the middle of active development, so we've got to make the
transition as smooth as possible. The old one is running 0.33.1, and the new
one will of course have 1.0.1. Users are all on windows boxen with
TortoiseSVN clients on them.

Of course, we're going to uninstall the old clients on the dev boxen, and
install the new version, but what about the existing working copies? The new
server has a new URL, how do I point them all to it? I really hope I don't
have to tell all the developers to check out fresh working copies.
