Yes and no. I'm keeping a copy on a dev box to play with, but I'm not
using it for "real" work. Mainly because I just don't need the
functionality with my current work situation.

No idea on this one. Not something I have to deal with where I'm using
svn/svk.

Since somebody has already gone to the effort of writing svnadmin
dump/load and hotbackup.py I've really not found it any more hassle
than backing up file based systems. YMMV.
