Tigris.org does not yet offer Subversion integration. For select
projects, I (and my CollabNet Chicago co-workers) have been offering
to host and maintain Subversion repositories for tigris.org projects
on svn.collab.net. Hit me privately once your tigris.org project has
been approved, and we'll talk about hooking you up with a Subversion
repository.

I do recall seeing an announcement not that long ago about someone (in
Europe, IIRC) offering Subversion repository hosting. Sorry I can't
provide an archive reference.
