You should be asking this on the TortoiseSVN mailing list.

One problem I ran into following TortoiseSVN's instructions was
SVNParentPath vs SVNPath, unless you have multiple repositories listed under
D:\SVNRepository, you should use SVNPath.

We've just got subversion installed on Apache 2.0.49, the service is
running. I would like to use SSPI as we have a reasonable large user base on
a Windows LAN. We have followed the help file of TSVN for the installation.
