It is possible to do scripting tasks on Windoze machines. The
Subversion command line client is a point-n-click install on Win boxes
and you should be able to script that w/ the tools of your choosing.

If batch files aren't your thing, you might want to give Python a try.
If you are familiar w/ *nix tools, then cygwin will provide you w/ a
bash shell and find, grep, and friends to get things done.

Not that I wouldn't recommend setting up a *nix box ;-)
