I've analyzed the repository.

String '21p' is the contents of fulltext representation '1os', which is the
contents of the file '/Utilitys/trunk/makeGetSet.C' in revision 284. This
data is lost.

In a *copy* of your repository, change to the the db subdirectory and run
the attached script.
That will recreate the lost string as an empty string, and overwrite the
representation with one containing the correct md5 checksum. The
makeGetSet.C file will now contain zero bytes in the repository. Hopefully
you still have a working copy with it in, and can check in the real file.
