The instructions in INSTALL are not complete. Biggest problem being the
oversight
of no openssl. I gave up asking for corrections after a while. If you want
I can
provide a set of CMD scripts that will get you closer then INSTALL if it will
help you. Oh and you cannot use VC7 as its not compatible with Python.
