Thanks, that does it! Though it would have taken me forever to figure that
out from the documentation.

I wonder why the --stop-on-copy behavior isn't the default. If nothing
else, it's much easier to type --all than --stop-on-copy, and at least in my
work style, I use branch-specific histories far more often.
